This is a space for black millennial women created by a black millennial woman where we use wellness to foster our audaciousness. To be audacious means to take a step, no matter how small or bold, toward your own becoming. As black women, we know all too well the societal and institutional issues that can “try” to hold us back but this is where that inner work is honored! We are leading the way for younger generations to know the importance of being authentic, bold and finding no shame in practicing self-love! That is what truly allows us to be audacious and our absolute best self!
Through The Audacious Black Girl Podcast, we have conversations with black women from all experiences of life who seek to stand bravely in their power and authenticity. In our social media spaces, we build community, connection and provide guidance to help every black woman live in her own audaciousness.
Amanda is the founder of Audacious Black Girl and host of The Audacious Black Girl Podcast. Amanda started the journey to creating the Audacious Black Girl in 2019 by originally naming the podcast and community spaces, Decoding Blackness. She changed the name to Audacious Black Girl in 2020 because it aligned better with the purpose of the platform.
