I can't believe this is the last episode of the season but I am so thankful to all of you for listening to the podcast and supporting! In this episode I reflect on 2020 and announce some changes for the New Season in February! I also discuss changes to the social media community spaces happening before the New Year and an IG Live Series Wellness Week from January 4th to the 8th.  Each day is a different topic with several guest to support you on your overall wellness including spiritual, emotional and financial! What better time than the New Year to lean into your wellness more!
